My camera got a serious workout this weekend, and what fun it was. After a week plagued with ailments of varying degrees, it was nice to bid the week "adieu" and celebrate birthdays of a couple of very special ladies in my life. Plus, the awesome sunshine certainly brightened everyone's spirits. On Saturday, after waddling to the gym (still recovering from my BodyPump class three days earlier that caused my legs to stop functioning normally), I caught up with an old school friend for the first time in 9 years then headed out to a BBQ birthday bash for one of my besties. It was a perfect celebration with a stunning appearance from the sun.

And Sunday, well it was as jam packed as a Sunday could get. I have a small mountain of photos to sift through from a fabulous fourth birthday bash that took place in the early evening. It was a perfect way to end a huge weekend in our world. As we get ever so closer to the end of the year, the craziness only continues.
